Looking to gain experience in Customer Service? We are seekingcurrent team members interested in undertaking additional dutieswithin our Customer Service team to assist with shift coverage whenrequired.

The day-to-day:

- Provide friendly and skilled customer service
- Assist with enquiries via phone, email and in person
- Provide information on SGAC programs, classes and services
- Process customer transactions and maintain accuraterecords
- Assist with café orders when required
- Assist with major events, including ushering and guestsupport

Our perfect fit:

Someone with great communication and customer service skills whocan multitask in a busy environment and is willing to learn.Reception, administration or café experience would be beneficialbut is not essential.

Internal selection criteria applies, including currentperformance, performance management history, punctuality andattendance, relevant skills and experience.
