Harris Farm Markets is seeking a Trainee Store Manager for our Sydney locations. You’ll work with the Store Manager to lead the team, delight customers and keep the store well-run with hands-on training on rostering, merchandising and compliance.

You’ll receive structured training, milestones and mentoring from senior leaders to grow into a store manager role, with on-the-floor learning in a busy, customer-focused workplace.
