Monash Health is seeking a Nursing Clinical Coach on a fixed-term maternity leave arrangement (0.52 FTE) based at West 4 Dandenong Hospital. The role rotates AM/PM/ND shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to provide clinical guidance and support to nurses delivering safe, person-centred care.

You will advocate for evidence-based nursing, assist in ongoing career development, provide supervision and support educational initiatives, and collaborate with the Nursing Clinical Coach
