We are looking for a confident and customer-focused individual to join our inbound call team. In this role, you will be an important point of contact, delivering a high standard of customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will report to the Call Centre Manager.
Duties & responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of inbound calls professionally and efficiently
Assist with appointment confirmations and general patient enquiries
Provide accurate and timely administrative support
Maintain a high level of attention to detail when handling patient and appointment information
Liaise confidently with secretarial staff and doctors
Contribute positively to the wider team and support day-to-day operations
Skills & experience:
Call Centre Experience is Essential for this role
Availability to work a rotating roster Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 5:30pm
You need to be able to work well within a team as well as independently
Ability to multi-task and work well in abusy environment
Positive attitude and show initiative
Confident liaising with Specialist Doctors
High attention to detail
