VELUX is looking for a commercially driven Territory Manager to join the national field sales team, with the flexibility to be based in either Perth or Adelaide. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a territory, build strong partnerships with customers and identify opportunities to grow the territory across a diverse customer base including builders, dealers, installers and architects.

Key responsibilities

- Building strong, long-term relationships with builders, dealers, installers and specifiers
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities within your territory
- Delivering value through every customer interaction
- Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Developing opportunities through product specification, advocacy and strong commercial conversations
- Managing your sales pipeline, forecasting and customer activity through CRM
- Keeping close to market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities
- Planning and prioritising your territory to maximise growth
- Working closely with Customer Service, Technical, Marketing and Product teams to deliver a great customer experience




- Participating in ongoing sales coaching and capability development to continually strengthen your skills

About you

- 2–4 years' sales or trade experience, ideally within building materials, construction, trade or FMCG
- A proven ability to develop strong customer relationships and win new business
- Robust communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Commercial acumen and a results-focused mindset
- Strong territory planning, organisation and personal accountability
- Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- A current driver's licence
- Must be able to travel to WA/SA (regional and interstate)
