As an Advice Support Officer, you'll be the first point of contact in our financial advice process, helping members understand their options, connecting them to the right advice pathway, and coordinating the administration required to deliver a seamless advice experience.

The opportunity

- Support members from their initial enquiry through to advice implementation.
- Assess advice needs and determine the most appropriate advice pathway.
- Coordinate appointments, documentation, and records.
- Liaise with members, financial planners, and external providers.
- Manage administration across the advice lifecycle, including pre- and post-appointment activities.
- Maintain accurate records in Xplan and CRM systems.
- Deliver outstanding service while supporting the efficient delivery of financial advice.

About you

- Diploma of Financial Services (FP) completed or in progress, or a relevant tertiary qualification.
- RG146 Tier 1 compliant (Generic Knowledge and Superannuation).
- Experience in financial planning, superannuation, or a financial services environment is preferred.
- Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly detail-oriented, able to manage competing priorities, and work autonomously.
- Experience with Xplan and Microsoft Office is well regarded.
