We are seeking a senior Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing and supplier management activities across enterprise technology. This is a highly autonomous role suited to an experienced procurement professional who can operate independently, influence senior stakeholders, and drive commercial outcomes across a complex technology environment.

The initial contract is for 6 months, with a strong likelihood of extension and potential longer-term opportunities.

About the Role

Working closely with Technology, Risk, Cyber Security, Legal, and Business stakeholders, you will lead end-to-end procurement activities across a broad enterprise technology portfolio. You'll be responsible for delivering strategic sourcing initiatives, negotiating complex commercial agreements, and ensuring supplier relationships deliver maximum value.

This role requires someone who can look beyond transactional procurement and identify opportunities to improve processes, governance, supplier performance, and overall team efficiency.

Technology categories will include:

- CRM platforms
- Workflow and service management platforms
- Cloud and SaaS solutions
- Cyber security technologies and services
- Technology infrastructure and managed services

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end procurement and sourcing activities across enterprise technology categories.
- Develop and execute category strategies aligned to business and technology objectives.
- Manage complex procurement processes, including RFPs, evaluations, contract negotiations, and supplier selection.




- Negotiate favourable commercial outcomes and manage key supplier relationships.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to support technology transformation and strategic initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Drive supplier performance, governance, and risk management outcomes.
- Support compliance with regulatory requirements, including CPS 230 and CPS 234.
- Provide commercial advice across software, cloud, technology services, and managed services engagements.

About You

- Extensive experience in technology procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management within large enterprise organisations.
- Strong background procuring enterprise technology solutions across CRM, workflow management, cloud, and technology services categories.
- Experience working within regulated environments, ideally banking, financial services, insurance, or other highly regulated industries.
- Solid understanding of CPS 230 and/or CPS 234 requirements.
- Robust commercial, negotiation, and contract management skills.
- Proven ability to influence and engage senior business, technology, and risk stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience identifying efficiencies, improving procurement processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Comfortable operating autonomously with minimal supervision.
