Acclime is looking for a dynamic individual to join our Funds Management Team as an Operations Associate in our North Sydney Office.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will act with the view of being a key member of the Operations team, continually looking to understand our clients evolving needs and reacting by developing a comprehensive service solution to meet these needs.

Additionally, you will also support the implementation of client transitions. This will require project management, as well as collaboration and coordination with service providers to deliver service excellence.

Specifically, you will be working with Managed Investment Schemes and Early Stage Venture Capital Limited Partnerships (various unlisted wholesale funds).

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Operations Manager for all fund clients.
- Maintain relationships with fund managers and assist with solutions.
- Facilitate current fund client onboarding.
- Open new trade and investment accounts.
- Coordinate and collaborate with the Finance and Compliance teams.
- Process applications, redemptions, AML (KYC) & CRS FATCA.




- Identify and facilitate system and process enhancement.

What are we looking for?

- Tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience).
- Fund administration or equivalent is preferred.
- Knowledge of how Managed Investment Schemes operate (preferred).
- Customer success focused with strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong organisational skills with a motivated and collaborative approach to work.
