About the Role

As an Educator, you will play an important role in supporting children's learning and development through play-based programs and meaningful interactions. Working alongside a cooperative team, you will help create enriching experiences that encourage children to explore, discover, and achieve their full potential.

What You Will Be Doing

- Building positive, respectful, and responsive relationships with children and families
- Supporting the planning and implementation of engaging educational programs
- Creating a safe, welcoming, and stimulating learning environment
- Observing and documenting children's learning and development
- Encouraging children's independence, confidence, and wellbeing
- Working collaboratively with fellow educators and leadership team members
- Maintaining high standards of supervision, care, and safety




- Contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture

What We Are Looking For

- A genuine passion for working with children
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or willingness to obtain
- An understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, reliable, and professional attitude
- Current Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain one)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
