Employii, a Perth-based HR consultancy supporting 200+ clients Australia-wide, seeks a Senior HR Consultant to join our cooperative team for a 14-month maternity leave cover at 0.8 FTE.

Commencement is 18 January 2027 with negotiation on actual start date. The role offers diverse HR work across IR, recruitment, HRIS, compliance and more, with strong incentives and an anti-overtime culture.
