Body Corporate Manager – Maintenance & Compliance

Love body corporate, but ready to leave your portfolio behind?

Here’s an prospect to use your BCM experience where it counts: sorting out maintenance issues, working with contractors and helping committees move things forward. You’ll have no dedicated portfolio and no after-hours committee meetings, plus a 9-day fortnight and two days working from home.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who likes to roll up their sleeves, tackle the tricky jobs and see them through.

What you’ll be doing

- Take ownership of maintenance and compliance matters across a range of schemes.
- Coordinate quotes, contractors, repairs and follow‑up through to completion.
- Work with committees, keep them informed and help resolve issues.
- Review maintenance work and related invoices.




- Occasionally step into a BCM portfolio to cover leave or support the team when needed.

What’s on offer

- $100,000 base salary + super
- Opportunity to earn approximately $20,000 in additional charges
- 9-day fortnight and two days working from home
- No dedicated portfolio or after-hours committee meetings
- Opportunity for the right person to progress into the leadership team.
