About the Role

This is a growth-focused role, ideal for someone eager to lead, learn, and evolve with us. As we anticipate continued expansion across the and our wider group, we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow alongside us. You’ll spend a short introductory time on reception and in surgery to get a feel for how the practice operates day-to-day — just enough to build a strong foundation. From there, the role will transition into a primarily administrative and leadership position with some days on reception and assisting - together with dedicated admin days. This role is based exclusively in Kenmore, Brisbane.

Your week could include:

- Supporting daily operations across multiple locations
- Reviewing recalls, appointment books, stock levels and sterilisation systems
- Mentoring current staff and helping teams stay energised and organised
- Problem-solving and stepping in when things get tricky
- Collaborating on staffing, marketing and patient experience initiatives
- Leading creative ways to “wow” our patients and make their visits memorable

You’ll work closely with the owner — but also have the freedom to work independently, lead with confidence,



and bring your own ideas to the table.

Remuneration included in this advertisement is a guide, and we are negotiable to an extent for the right applicant with the right experience.

What We’re Looking For

- Dental practice experience is preferred — ideally you’ve managed or coordinated in dental before
- A calm, people-focused leader who balances structure with warmth
- Highly organised, solutions-oriented and comfortable managing across multiple sites
- A confident communicator who builds trust and leads by example
- Someone who loves patient care and has a creative spark for levelling up the experience
- Any experience with handling treatment plans and liaising with patients about finances is also valued
- We’ll consider exceptional leaders from outside dental — but only if you’re willing to roll up your sleeves and learn the dental assisting and reception roles first.
