We’re proud to be partnering with Izzat Consulting Engineers to help them find their Project Delivery Lead - Litigation & Remediation.

- Become the operational engine behind remediation investigations, inspections and expert witness/SME legal testimony commitments
- Create the structure that allows technical specialists to focus on their work and deliver their best work

Working directly with the Director, you’ll take ownership of, and lead the delivery process from the initial client brief and proposal through to site inspections, supporting the drafting of expert reports, invoicing and close-out - all the while ensuring critical litigation and court-ordered deadlines are met.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of forensic, litigation and remedial engineering matters including supporting proposals, defining project scope
- Driving timelines for inspections, preliminary findings, technical reviews, legal submissions, joint expert conclaves and final reports
- Maintaining visibility across a portfolio of concurrent projects, deadlines and deliverables
- Coordinating engineers, drafters and other internal resources according to urgency, complexity and capacity
- Maintaining accurate document control across evidence, site photographs, drawings and expert records
- Acting as a key contact for solicitors, barristers, insurers, strata managers, building owners and commercial clients
- Monitoring project hours, WIP, budgets, variations, scope,



invoicing milestones to protect commercial outcomes
- Leading project kick‑off meetings, progress updates and pre‑conclave briefings
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce bottlenecks/drag

About you

You’ll be a highly organised and commercially aware construction/projects professional who enjoys bringing clarity to complex, deadline-driven work.

Essential

- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction, Project Management or Law
- The ability to manage a substantial portfolio of concurrent matters
- The ability to understand the business priorities and manage stakeholder expectations
- High level of comfort holding various stakeholders (including technical managers, senior leaders) accountable to timelines, commitments and deadlines
- Robust commercial capability (project budgets, WIP, fee tracking and scope control)
- Clear, confident and professional communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- A proactive problem‑solving approach - you don’t simply identify a roadblock - you also find the work‑around and way forward
- Sound judgement when handling sensitive, confidential or contentious matters
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to mentor and coach others




- Experience with project scheduling and document management systems

Highly Regarded

- Additional or supplementary qualifications in Construction, Engineering, Project Management or Law
- Proven project management or project delivery experience within engineering consulting, construction, insurance building, legal services, expert witness operations or another knowledge-based environment
