Essentials

- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Proven experience as a Facility Manager or Residential Manager in aged care.
- Strong financial and operational acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to drive occupancy and manage a large, multidisciplinary team.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
