Archer Daniels Midland Company in Decatur, IL is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead safety, quality and production on the shift. You will mentor front-line operators, coordinate daily operations, and ensure resources and training are in place for safe, effective work.

This exempt full-time role requires a background in plant leadership, adherence to GMP and safety standards, and the ability to work a rotating shift including nights and weekends.
