Alignerr is seeking a General Postdoctoral Researcher (Masters/PhDs) to advance AI training. This fully remote, flexible hourly contract role lets you set hours and work independently.

You will design complex problems to push AI reasoning, review AI outputs for rigor, and collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers. The position welcomes Masters/PhDs in STEM, requires robust research experience, and rewards high-quality, self-directed work with potential for ongoing projects.
