We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our QV Melbourne Store!

As part of the New Balance team, you will play a key role in bringing the New Balance experience to life, your responsibilities include:

Delivering exceptional, personalised customer service to every customer, fostering authentic and meaningful connections.

Driving sales through consultative selling, understanding each customer’s needs and matching them with the right product

Confidently sharing product knowledge across footwear and apparel

Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards,



ensuring the store reflects the quality and heritage of the brand

Supporting stock operations including delivery processing, replenishment, and stockroom organisation.

Desire to challenge yourself to achieve individual and company objectives.

To be successful you will have:

Previous experience in a customer-focused retail environment (highly regarded)

Confidence in consultative selling and sharing detailed product knowledge

A polished and professional presentation with excellent communication skills

An appreciation for quality product, craftsmanship, and performance innovation

Energetic and positive can-do attitude

A keen interest in retail, fashion and sporting trends
