At Casey, we're transforming the way we deliver services to our growing community through OneCouncil, our enterprise-wide TechnologyOne platform.

We're looking for a highly experienced Senior Test & Automation Analyst to join our Agile delivery team and play a critical role in ensuring quality across ongoing enhancements to our OneCouncil platform. If you're someone who enjoys asking the right questions, challenging assumptions, and driving quality outcomes in complex enterprise environments,

In this role, you'll work closely with developers, business stakeholders and product owners to test and validate enhancements across Finance, Assets, Supply Chain and other TechnologyOne modules. You'll help ensure solutions are fit for purpose, risks are identified early, and quality is built into every sprint.

What You’ll deliver

- Leading functional, system, integration and regression testing activities across TechnologyOne and enterprise platforms.
- Reviewing user stories, acceptance criteria and requirements to identify test needs and quality risks.
- Developing and executing test scenarios, test cases and test evidence using Agile delivery practices.
- Working closely with developers and business SMEs to clarify requirements where documentation or acceptance criteria are evolving.
- Participating in backlog refinement, sprint planning and squad ceremonies to embed quality throughout delivery.
- Coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and supporting business stakeholders through the testing process.
- Managing defects, facilitating triage discussions and ensuring issues are visible and resolved.
- Contributing to and maintaining automated regression testing frameworks to improve delivery efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

You'll bring extensive experience in functional, system, integration and regression testing within TechnologyOne or other ERP/CRM enterprise platforms. We're looking for someone who can confidently navigate ambiguity, influence quality outcomes and work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

You will also have:

- Demonstrated experience as a Senior Test Analyst within Agile delivery teams.
- Strong experience preparing test strategies, test scenarios and test cases.
- Experience with Jira, defect management and Agile delivery practices.
- API and integration testing experience.
- Proven ability to work effectively where requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria are evolving or incomplete
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate beyond documented requirements and identify downstream functional and integration impacts.




- Experience coordinating and supporting UAT activities.
- A proactive approach to identifying risks, gaps and dependencies.
- Ability to influence decisions and advocate for quality outcomes when competing delivery priorities exist.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks including National Criminal History Check, Working with Children Check, Eligibility to Work check.
