Role: Senior MS Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant - Sales

Key Skills & Experience

- Solid understanding of end-to-end sales and customer lifecycle processes.
- Proven experience in Dynamics functional consulting and solution design.
- Strong understanding of CRM operating models and business processes.
- Experience working across Dynamics 365 configuration, customisation and integrations.
- Strong business analysis and process optimisation capability.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into pragmatic technology solutions.
- Experience operating as a Senior Functional Consultant, Functional Lead, SME or Dynamics Solution Consultant.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Demonstrated experience mentoring or leading other Dynamics professionals.
- Strong commercial and business acumen.
- Ability to operate comfortably between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
