CDC NSW is seeking a energetic Charter Reservations Consultant to support the Charter team at our St Marys office in Western Sydney on a 12-month maternity leave contract. Reporting to the Charter Reservations Manager, you will provide administration support and deliver excellent customer service to our clients.

Key duties include handling inbound communications, processing quotes and bookings, invoicing, liaising with stakeholders, and maintaining service standards while meeting KPI margins.
