About the Role

The Chiropractic Assistant Leader is a dual-role position, combining hands‑on Chiropractic Assistant responsibilities with leadership and team development.

You'll spend part of your week supporting chiropractors, patients and clinic operations as a Chiropractic Assistant. The remainder of your time will be focused on leading, coaching and developing our Chiropractic Assistant team.

You'll play an important role in ensuring our clinics operate smoothly, our teams feel supported, and every patient receives an exceptional experience.

Regardless of whether you're working in a Chiropractic Assistant or leadership capacity, all hours worked will be paid at the Chiropractic Assistant Leader rate, recognising the leadership responsibilities that form part of your role.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership

Lead, coach, mentor and support the Chiropractic Assistant team.

Build a collaborative, accountable and high‑performing team culture.

Build strong working relationships with chiropractors, clinic teams and management.

Support the onboarding and training of new team members.

Provide ongoing coaching, feedback and development.

Support team members to achieve their goals and reach their potential.

Chiropractic Assistant Responsibilities

Support chiropractors throughout patient appointments.

Create a welcoming and positive experience for every patient.

Manage front desk responsibilities, appointments and patient enquiries.

Support the smooth and efficient operation of the clinic.

Maintain a professional, organised and welcoming clinic environment.

Work collaboratively with the wider clinic team.

About You

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people grow and succeed.

You'll bring:

At least 1 year of experience leading or managing a team.

Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.

A genuine interest in coaching, mentoring and developing others.

Excellent organisation and time‑management skills.

Experience in any of the following will be highly regarded:

Chiropractic or allied health





Reception or administration

Training, coaching or mentoring team members

No chiropractic experience? No problem. Comprehensive training will be provided.
