As the result of increased demand for our services and company growth, we have exciting opportunities for Catering Assistants to join our high performing operation working across Make & Pack, Wash & Pack and Pick & Pack, located at Melbourne Airport.

Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:

- Portioning and packaging meals according to specifications
- Measuring quantities of food items according to specifications
- General kitchen duties as required

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills:

- Experience with food preparation/production
- Attention to detail




- Ability to follow and adhere to processes
- Familiarity with food safety principles
- Working knowledge of OH&S;
- Available to work full time 38 hours per week across a 7-day roster (including public holidays, weekends, morning or afternoon shifts)

Base rate for this role is $27.62 per hour PLUS 15% loading in the afternoon, weekend, public holiday penalty rates and overtime rates.
