The Role

We're looking for a skilled and practiced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. Responsible for preparing high-quality dishes with a focus on French cuisine, your creativity and technical skill will contribute to our diverse menu.This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently under pressure and a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.



We are looking for individuals who are committed to hospitality, service and working collaboratively in a high-performing kitchen.

Skills & Experience

- Ability to manage prep, service, and cleanliness of a section
- Experienced with mentoring, training, and uplifting junior chefs
- Proven technical ability in a fast-paced or high-quality kitchen
- Sound understanding of kitchen systems, workflow, and WHS standards
- Expert knife skills and knowledge of correct temperature regulations
- Mise en place experience, recipe execution and efficient station setup
- A calm, professional and collaborative approach to kitchen teamwork
- Commercial Cookery qualification or apprenticeship is highly regarded
