Qualification in Architecture or a related design discipline.

3 - 5 years' experience as an Architectural Draftsperson, Architect, or Designer in WA building industry

Proficient in using BIM and AutoCAD

Strong technical drafting and 3D modelling skills

Ability to ensure all plans meet NCC, R-Codes, Shire policies, and developer guidelines

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret and translate complex design requirements

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly within a team

Understands different types of Builds. NDIS and Duel-Keys.
