The Role
Full time position, based at any Sureway site within the Orana Far West region, with responsibility for supporting and covering all sites across the region within the Management Area.
An exciting opportunity has become available for a full-time Senior Employment Consultant.
Take the next step in your career by modelling effective management of a caseload of job seekers with disability. Positively impact the broader region through provision of support to the Area Manager and other team members. Help the team reach targets through coaching, training and providing debrief opportunities.
Regular travel to sites is a vital part of this position.
The day to day
- You will interpret guidelines and educate team members to ensure our services meet IEA standards
- Train & develop the team to ensure continuous improvement that builds on our star ratings
- Provide hands-on, operational support to the team to maintain and improve performance
- Help clients into work, and support employers and clients to sustain it
- Support the Area Manager to cultivate and motivate an effective team across multiple sites
