As a Business Systems Analyst at UnitingSA,you’ll be working across a range of enterprise platforms tosupport, enhance, and integrate business systems. You’ll be thego-to person for troubleshooting, upgrades, and user support, whilealso helping drive automation and smarter workflows.

In This Role, You’ll:

- Support and maintain Residential Aged Care systemsincluding Leecare and Medimap, and coordinate with othersystems including TechnologyOne, Humanforce, andRiskonnect
- Contribute to significant internal projects, collaboratingacross portfolios and aligning system configuration with bestpractice
- Manage upgrades, patching, and vendor coordination
- Troubleshoot issues, improve configurations, and ensuresystem security
- Create UAT plans, user guides, and training materials
- Understand and analyse business processes and contribute tosystem improvements
- Support change management and help teams adopt newtools
- Deliver training and ongoing support to users across theorganisation

Tech Stack & Tools you will be workingwith:

- BI & Reporting: Tableau, AlayaCare DE,SQL
- Project Tools: Riskonnect, Smartsheet, MSProject
- Testing & UAT: Manual testing, testscripts, acceptance criteria

What You’ll Bring:

- A tertiary qualification in IT, Information Systems, orequivalent experience
- DHS Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening(required)




- Experience supporting enterprise systems and working withend users
- Experience with AlayaCare, Penelope, and Aged Care / NDISServices highly regarded
- Excellent customer service, communication, and stakeholderengagement skills
- Confidence in documentation, UAT, and trainingdelivery
- Understanding of project and change managementprinciples
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
