Description

Reporting into the Accountant, the successful Accounts Receivable Officer will be responsible for:

- Managing a high-volume customer ledger
- Debt collection and aged debt management
- Customer account reconciliations and query resolution
- Processing and allocating customer payments
- Building strong customer and stakeholder relationships
- Assisting with month-end reporting and debtor analysis
- Maintaining accurate customer records within the ERP system
- Supporting wider finance activities and process improvements as required

Profile

A successful Accounts Receivable Officer should have:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in an Accounts Receivable or Credit Control role




- Experience working within a high-volume commercial, FMCG, wholesale or distribution environment
- Strong debt collection and account reconciliation skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience using ERP systems, with JD Edwards highly regarded
- Full working rights and the ability to work on-site in Glenroy during the onboarding period
