South Yarra Bistro is seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen in South Yarra. You will support the Head Chef, lead and develop a motivated team, and ensure top quality, consistency and presentation across all dishes.

This hands-on role requires solid leadership, excellent time management, a solid understanding of food safety and the ability to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
