About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced ICT Support Officer to join our dynamic Technology team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting end users and maintaining high-quality ICT systems in an educational environment.

Working collaboratively with the ICT team, the position supports the delivery of reliable, innovative, and user-centred technology services across the College community.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional and timely helpdesk support to staff and students

Support diverse ICT infrastructure including laptops, iPads, printers, projectors, and security systems

Manage user profiles and access administration

Maintain computer imaging and system deployment

Troubleshoot technical issues with a solution-focused approach

Support technology rollouts and project implementations

About You





You are a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills who can work independently. You bring:

Relevant ICT qualifications, including Microsoft Certifications and/or tertiary qualifications

Proven experience in ICT support and end-user assistance

Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and Office 365 administration

Understanding of networking and wireless technologies

Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively

Highly Regarded:

ITIL v3 certification

Experience with 1:1 laptop programs

Microsoft Intune and Autopilot knowledge

Familiarity with Sophos Security and Palo Alto systems
