About the Role
Our client seeks a highly organized and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead critical initiatives within the Healthcare sector in Queenstown . This role will focus on managing projects related to clinical operations improvement, technology implementation, and patient care enhancement. You will work closely with hospital administrators, clinical staff, IT professionals, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively, meeting the highest standards of patient safety and quality care. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, execution, and successful completion of diverse healthcare projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, budgeting, and timelines.

Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management , with a robust emphasis on healthcare or clinical operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience managing projects involving EMR/EHR systems, clinical process improvements, or healthcare technology implementations.
- Solid understanding of healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA), quality standards, and patient safety protocols.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with both clinical and non-clinical personnel.
