Remote Travel Consultant – Entry-Level Opportunity

As a Remote Travel Consultant, you will serve as a primary point of contact for travelers from initial planning through trip completion. Your mission is to provide clear communication, manage changes, answer questions, and ensure travelers feel informed and supported at every stage of their journey. You will work directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver guidance that aligns with their expectations.

We are launching a Regional Sales Trainee program for early‑career talent who want to build a career in sales and regional management within the renewable energy industry. This is an entry‑level, structured development role designed for recent university graduates or candidates with less than one year of sales experience. Over the course of the program, the Trainee will rotate through core commercial functions—field sales, dealer/installer support, marketing coordination and market analysis—before progressing toward a Regional Sales Manager career path.

This position requires the successful candidate to be currently residing in or willing to relocate to Adelaide, South Australia, Australia.

Program Overview

- A structured 12–18 month development track combining on‑the‑job training, mentorship from senior Regional Sales Managers, and formal product/industry training.
- Rotational exposure to core functions: dealer and installer relationship management, lead generation and pipeline support, sales presentations and demonstrations, and market/competitor research.
- Regular check‑ins, performance milestones, and a defined pathway toward a Regional Sales Manager or Territory Sales role upon successful completion of the program.

Responsibilities

- Support the South Australia regional sales team in executing sales plans and achieving territory targets.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with installers, dealers and channel partners.
- Learn to deliver product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers and partners.
- Help coordinate with marketing and product teams to localise sales materials and campaigns for the region.
- Conduct market research on trends, competitor activity and customer feedback, and summarise findings for the regional team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Support reporting on sales performance and market activity to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Complete all assigned training modules and actively participate in mentorship sessions.
- Uphold company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements at all times.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
- Up to 1 year of sales, business development, or customer‑facing experience; internships and relevant coursework will be considered.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with a genuine interest in sales and relationship building.
- Self‑motivated, coachable, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced, growing industry.
