We’re seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our Allied Health team. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to help clients build independence, maximise function and participate in everyday life at home, in the community and through our specialist programs.

About the role

As an Occupational Therapist at Estara, you will:

- Provide person-centred occupational therapy assessments and interventions for clients with spinal cord injury, neurological conditions and related disabilities
- Support goals around daily living, home and community access, equipment and assistive technology, and home modifications
- Work within a multidisciplinary team including spinal nurses, peer support mentors, physiotherapists, support coordinators and support workers
- Collaborate with clients, families, carers and external stakeholders (NDIS, LSA, RTW, health services, equipment suppliers)
- Contribute to service improvement, clinical documentation and quality outcomes in line with NDIS Practice Standards and allied health professional standards.





This role is ideal for recent university graduates who want strong supervision and varied clinical experience, as well as experienced OTs looking for a meaningful, values-driven role.

About you

You will bring:

- A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration (graduates welcome to apply)
- A commitment to person-centred, goal-focused practice
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients, families and multidisciplinary teams
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload
- Willingness to travel locally to deliver services in clients’ homes and community settings
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
