Your Responsibilities:

- Deliver standout service at the counter, over the phone and via email.
- Own the process - handle enquiries, prepare quotes and process. orders with speed and accuracy.
- Keep orders moving - pick, prepare and manage stock across the warehouse and showroom.
- Drive smooth branch operations through accurate stock transfers and efficient administration.
- Build trusted relationships that keep trade customers coming back.
- Pitch in and support the team across multiple areas of the branch wherever needed.

What You’ll Bring:

- Electrical wholesale experience is a plus, but if you’ve built your sales or customer service skills in a trade-based environment, we want to hear from you.
- A can-do attitude, plenty of initiative, and confidence chatting with customers.
- Reliable, down-to-earth, and happy to be part of a tight-knit team.
- Drivers licence required, Forklift licence is a bonus!
