Archer Daniels Midland Company seeks a GBS Process Excellence Manager (NA) to lead continuous improvement across our North America GBS. You will drive end-to-end process improvements, Lean deployment, and data-driven decision making with cross-functional teams in a rapid-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities include leading Lean projects, developing dashboards and scorecards, and coaching teams on Lean methods to raise service quality and efficiency.
