What’s the role?

You’ll step into a high-profile senior banking role, managing a well-established portfolio of transport, logistics and wholesaling customers across Victoria. Working alongside a dedicated Account Executive, you’ll build strong customer relationships, help businesses grow and connect customers with the full capability of the Westpac Group.

You’ll also bring your experience to the wider team, sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues and contributing to a strong, collaborative culture.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in Mulgrave, VIC

What do I need?

- Experience managing commercial or corporate banking relationships with complex lending requirements
- Strong credit capability and confidence supporting larger or more sophisticated lending transactions
- A proven ability to build trusted customer relationships and generate new business opportunities
- Experience delivering tailored funding solutions including working capital and cashflow lending
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple specialist teams
