Latitude Financial seeks an ITSM Analyst to drive stability, resilience and governance of services across Incident, Problem, Change and Enterprise Resilience.

You will engage stakeholders, simplify complex situations and lead structured DR testing, incident response and continual service improvement in a hybrid, Melbourne-based setting.

Experience with ITIL, DR run books, RCA, SRAs, CABs and collaboration with suppliers is valued, as is comfort with AI tools to accelerate reporting.
