Our client, specialists in the manufacturing industry are looking for a process worker to work as part of a small team, assembling products. Ideally, you will have experience working in a similar role and understand the continuous nature of the job. Work, Health, Safety awareness in a factory setting with a focus on quality is essential.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Assembly operations (Process work) i.e.; screwing with electric screw drivers, bolting & attaching of components, bending and twisting
- Inspect products to ensure quality
- Packing of items for shipping
- Experience working in a quick-paced environment
- Some lifting up to 5kg trays during the assembly process and able to push tubs of products weighting up to 20kg using trolleys.
- Soldering and electronic assembly
- Maintain a clean work environment




- Ability to take direction from Supervisors and Management

To be successful for this role you must have the following:

- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role fast paced assembly environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- The physical ability to stand or sit throughout your shift.
- Attention to detail and quality focused
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to meet deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexible and adaptable nature
- Team player attitude
- High attention to detail
- Thorough / Diligent
- Basic Computer skills in Excel, Word & Office
- Desire to work overtime at short notice
- We require only applicants with a stable work history and a minimum of 2 contactable references covering a period of 5 years.
- Proven Working Rights in Australia are essential.
- Should have reliable transport for out of area candidates
