About the opportunity

You’ll support our HR team with day-to-day HR administration, including updating employee records, preparing letters, handling onboarding paperwork for new starters and keeping our HR documents and templates organised.

You’ll also get involved in various projects and initiatives, such as helping draft and update HR policies, supporting our monthly HR reporting and assisting with internal communications, people programs and engagement initiatives.

You’ll be mentored by experienced HR professionals who can guide your development and show you how HR works in a fast-growing business.

What You’ll Bring

- Currently in the fourth or final year of a Bachelor of Human Resource Management, a Bachelor of Business or Commerce majoring in HR,



or a similar HR-focused degree.
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal, and the confidence to work with people at all levels across the business.
- Good organisation skills and the ability to balance work with study
- Any experience in HR, administration or customer service, whether through a placement, part time job or volunteering, would be a bonus.
- A genuine interest in building a career in HR.
