As our Warehouse Administrator, you’ll play an key part in keeping our warehouse and transport operations running smoothly. In return, we offer excellent remuneration, a supportive team environment and genuine opportunities to grow and progress within our business.

The Role
- Respond to customer enquiries and help find the right freight solution for their needs
- Coordinate freight movements for clients, including projects, events and expos
- Prepare quotes for a variety of freight and transport requirements
- Provide day-to-day logistics support and keep clients updated along the way
- Work closely with transport suppliers to keep freight moving smoothly
- Coordinate daily warehouse movements to make sure goods are received, prepared and sent out on time
- Receive incoming stock and check that everything is correct and undamaged
- Complete regular safety checks on forklifts, reach trucks and other warehouse equipment
- Report damaged or unsafe equipment and make sure it isn’t used until it’s repaired
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe, including walkways and emergency exits
- Make sure employees and visitors wear the required PPE and high-vis clothing
- Keep an eye on incoming and outgoing freight to help coordinate vehicle schedules
- Monitor stock and follow up on goods that have been sitting onsite for more than two business days
- Report any damaged or missing goods
- Help with stock audits, equipment servicing and improvements to the warehouse layout
- Pitch in with other tasks as needed to help the team keep things running smoothly
What We Are Looking For
Skills & Experience:
- Experience with stock control - Must have
- Be physically fit and mobile
- Be solution‑focused with a can‑do attitude
- 1-2 years Previous experience in a warehouse – Highly regarded but not essential
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and process improvement
- Comfortable using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), TMS and PDAs
- Full working rights
