Transport for NSW – Sydney International Airport NSW
You’re looking to embed yourself in projects of different sizes and become part of a team that’s shaping the landscape across NSW.
You're ready to help shape our narrative. Your expertise will amplify the impact of initiatives, foster public trust and ensure our stakeholders are engaged and empowered by what we do.
Working as part of a high-performing media team supporting the Eastern Sydney Infrastructure Projects & Programs, you will deliver high-quality media, issues management and public relations support to ensure Transport for NSW communicates clearly, accurately and effectively with customers, stakeholders and the broader community.
You will support proactive and reactive media activities, including preparing media materials, developing releases, statements and announcements, coordinating media events, crafting speaking notes and providing strategic advice to business partners. Working across a wide variety of critical and sensitive projects, you will often operate within tight timelines.
You will monitor statewide media, help manage emerging issues and crisis communications, and deliver impactful content that protects and enhances Transport’s reputation. Along the way, you will build deeper experience in issues management, government communications and cross-agency collaboration.
You will lead the delivery of accurate, timely and strategic media outputs that support strong public messaging, improved customer communications and effective issues management in a high-volume, fast-paced workplace where priorities shift quickly and stakeholder expectations are high.
