Role Description

We're seeking an experienced Reformer Pilates Instructor to deliver safe, engaging and effective Reformer Pilates sessions to individuals and groups at Walloon Health Hub on acontractor basis. You'll plan and lead classes, tailor exercises to different ability levels, and monitor client progress to support functional movement and injury prevention. You'll also build positive relationships with clients, offer clear instruction and demonstrations,



and collaborate with other health professionals at the hub. Sessions are delivered in office in Walloon, Greater Ipswich Area.

Remuneration

- $50 per group class
- 70% of the service fee for one-on-one sessions

Requirements

- A current ABN (you'll invoice the hub for services provided)
- Current public liability and professional indemnity insurance
- Recognised Pilates certification (Reformer-focused preferred)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Strong skills in Reformer Pilates instruction and safe exercise programming
- Experience teaching group classes to diverse participants
- Foundational knowledge of functional movement principles to support safe modifications and injury prevention
- Strong customer service and communication skills, reliability, and a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practice

Advantageous

- Experience in a health, fitness or rehabilitation setting
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary team
