SYNC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive manufacturing improvement and automation initiatives across bathroom pod production. You will review workflows, identify bottlenecks, assess recent equipment and technologies, and develop practical implementation plans from planning through to handover on the production floor.

You will work across production processes, equipment, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimise manufacturing performance and deliver value.
