The Department of Health Tasmania is seeking a Registered Nurse - Community to join the George Town Hospital team. The role is fixed term, casual, day work, commencing as soon as possible for approximately 24 months, with hours to be negotiated.

You will plan, implement and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team, and interact with patients’ families to support optimum outcomes.
