Leading the ER nursing team and ensuring the smooth running of the ER department
Rostering and managing leave applications for your team.
Attending regular team leader meetings and actively working towards the development of the clinic and the ER nursing team
Assisting with training and development of the team and other teams within the hospital
Senior nursing of referral and emergency patients, including high-dependency cases Proven leadership experience in a team setting.
Roster organisation and leave management will be beneficial.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to motivate and engage team members.
Have at least 3 years’ experience working as a veterinary nurse.
Hold a Diploma in Veterinary Nursing or Bachelor of Veterinary Technology degree (overseas equivalent preferable but negotiable) or relevant experience
