KPMS is a professional property maintenance provider seeking reliable and skilled gardening subcontractors for ongoing commercial contracts across Southeast Queensland.
Location: From Caboolture to Yatala. The majority of these contracts are for childcare centres, requiring work to be completed on weekends. Some can be done during the week, outside kindergarten hours.
Key responsibilities:
- Lawn mowing, edging and general turf care
- Garden bed maintenance, weeding and mulching
- Hedge trimming, pruning and plant care
- General grounds tidy-up and green waste removal
- Sand and mulch spreading
Requirements:
- Proven experience in qualified gardening or grounds maintenance
- Own reliable vehicle and equipment
- An ABN
- Available to work on weekends
- Hold, or be able to obtain and maintain, a valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
