Archer Daniels Midland Company is seeking a Process Engineer for the Velva, ND site. You will lead day-to-day operations, manage projects, track costs and yields, and mentor front-line teammates across contractors and ADM colleagues.

The role supports a 24/7 plant setting at a canola processing facility with a mix of hourly and salaried staff. You will work with multiple stakeholders, drive process improvements, and oversee capital projects while maintaining safety and quality as priorities.
