About the role:

We are looking for a proactive and values-driven Quality, Safeguarding & Practice Officer to provide hands-on quality, safeguarding and practice support across our participant services, employment pathways and social enterprises.

Working closely with the Regional Services Manager, service leaders and frontline teams, you will play a key role in ensuring services are protected, compliant, person-centred and aligned with organisational standards and regulatory requirements.

This is a practical, field-based role that supports continuous improvement through service reviews, safeguarding oversight, quality monitoring and coaching employees to embed best practice into everyday service delivery.





Key responsibilities:

- Conduct service, practice and participant file reviews to assess quality, compliance and service effectiveness.
- Support the management and review of incidents, complaints, reportable incidents and safeguarding matters.
- Monitor, track and follow up corrective actions arising from audits, reviews and investigations.
- Provide practical guidance and coaching to leaders and employees on quality, safeguarding and practice requirements.
- Assist services to implement organisational policies, procedures and regulatory obligations.
- Identify, monitor and elevate quality, practice and safeguarding risks.
- Support local quality improvement initiatives and service development activities.
- Contribute evidence and recommendations to the Quality, Safeguarding & Service Development Manager.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and participant-centred practice.
