Multicultural Families Organisation (MFO) on the Gold Coast is seeking a Program Manager to lead the SARA program for CALD women and children. You will oversee service delivery, ensure culturally secure DFV practices, manage your own caseload, and conduct risk and safety assessments with professionalism.

You will supervise staff, provide development opportunities, build partnerships with CALD and mainstream agencies, and report to funding bodies while auditing against DFV and Cross-Cultural
