The role
As a Removalist Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating our removal trucks and working with your crew to complete residential and commercial moves.
Your day-to-day work will include:
- Driving MR or HR manual vehicles
- Loading, securing, transporting and unloading furniture and goods
- Assisting with furniture removals and manual handling
- Working efficiently and safely as part of a crew
- Taking care of customers' furniture and belongings
- Experience driving larger vehicles in transport, logistics or similar
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Safety-focused and careful with customers' belongings
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- Physically capable of manual handling and moving furniture
- Valid Australian work rights, including eligible work visas.
No removals experience? If you have the right driving experience, work ethic and attitude, we'd still like to hear from you. Training may be available for the right person.
