As a Consultant, Planning & Enablement, you'll join the Consumer Cards team, supporting strategic planning, portfolio performance and business execution activities across a dynamic and evolving portfolio. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to help shape plans, monitor performance, coordinate strategic initiatives and provide the insights leaders need to make informed decisions.

Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

- Support the development of annual business plans, strategic roadmaps and multi-year growth strategies for the Consumer Cards portfolio
- Coordinate strategic reviews, portfolio planning cycles and quarterly business reviews
- Support prioritisation across product, customer, regulatory and technology investments
- Develop performance narratives, analysis and recommendations for executive and leadership forums
- Translate enterprise and business unit objectives into actionable portfolio plans and initiatives




- Monitor portfolio performance and identify emerging risks, opportunities and improvement initiatives
- Establish and maintain performance management frameworks that improve visibility and accountability
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
- Prepare Executive, Leadership and Board reporting, presentations and governance materials
- Track delivery against business plans, strategic objectives and transformation commitments
- Coordinate cross-functional action plans and stakeholder activities to support portfolio outcomes
- Analyse competitor activity, market trends and industry developments to identify growth opportunities
- Support governance activities to ensure strong portfolio oversight and performance transparency

We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:

- 3+ years' experience in product management, portfolio management, banking, financial services, payments or a related discipline
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of portfolio economics and performance drivers
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making
- Experience supporting strategic planning,



business execution or portfolio management activities
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple business functions
- Experience preparing executive-level reporting, presentations and governance materials
- Ability to develop meaningful insights and recommendations that influence decisions and outcomes
- Robust PowerPoint and presentation development skills, with experience preparing reports, strategy packs and board papers
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting or financial planning activities highly regarded
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Tertiary qualification in Business or a related discipline, with postgraduate qualifications highly regarded
